Site plans All of our site plans are designed with you, the user, in mind, their own particular needs and requirements being paramount. We do not ‘oversell’* our web space or bandwidth and carefully monitor each month the useage tables of all our clients. If we feel that you would do better to move to another plan, then we will advise you of this. However, the end decision is entirely your own. Our charges for exceeding your bandwidth/ disc allocation run at £1.00 per GB per month (bandwidth) and £4.00 per month (disc space) over allocation limits. It must be stated, however, that we have very few customers who actually exceed their monthly limits- due in part to our own monitoring process. * Overselling is very common with hosting companies. They will offer you vast amounts of disc space and bandwidth to tempt you in, knowing full-well that you will never use a 10th of what they offer. However, if you DID use all of the space offered, and so did their other customers, then their entire server network would overload and lead to instant meltdown- leaving their customers unable to have their websites up and running on the Internet! We repeat: Delta Zero will NEVER oversell our server space, guaranteed! Guidelines: If you are either an individual or small business then our starter Plan will be ideal for all of your needs. Only if you intend to run 100’s of pages on your web site should you consider using another plan. OSCommerce is a very popular and highly recommended ecommerce storefront software package. You can easily install it to your webspace and set up an online store within minutes. We also recommend the PayPal shopping system. This will also allow you to use PayPal’s Merchant services at no extra cost. It is easily configured and, if required, we will be more than happy to assist you in setting up your own PayPal cart system. We have used PayPal for many years now and have never yet encountered any problems with either its payment or shopping cart systems. PHP E- Commerce software compatible: Most ecommerce software written in PHP and MySQL is compatible with our hosting accounts. Please contact us to check if a specific piece of software is compatible with our hosting. We support all major payment gateways. You will be able to use Protx, HSBC, PayPal, 2Checkout and many others to accept secure payments from websites hosted with us. SSL Secure server space: We provide your website with free secure server access. This would be accessed via https://server/yoursitename.co.uk/ (etc). You may also add your own branded SSL certificate to allow secure access via https://www.yoursitename.co.uk (etc). Note: all of the items offered in our packages are subject to change without prior notice as the control panels become upgraded. This will in no way deprive you of any services offered as either an updated service or a substitute service will be provided at no extra cost. These service updates occur approximately once every 18 months to 2 years. Our webspace supports Flash and Macromedia designed websites- which means that if you upload a totally ‘Flash’-made website, it will work fine. You do NOT have to change your present domain registration company to host your website with us. You merely need to change your nameservers. If you do not know the procedure, ask your current domain registrar, or ask us and we will take care of it for you. Our nameservers are: Ns1.detazero.co.uk Ns2.deltazero.co.uk If your current provider asks for them, just quote the above. Once transferred, your web site will be active on our servers. All packages include the Ensim Pro control panel, allowing you to take full control of all aspects and settings related to your web hosting account with us.
